The article header should be "UK launch" because the rest of europe (about 98%) is still not getting anything.

According to this report, also released today at EGN, the UK is one of the fastest growing markets for video game software, growing more than 100% in the last six years.

I can understand why Tapwave is concentrating their international expansion efforts starting with the UK, and this presence will help them expand later to the rest of Europe and eventually into Asia.

Tapwave has updated their FAQ to reflect the upcoming availability across the pond. There's another update to the FAQ here.
These new FAQs will answer a lot of the most common questions about the expansion to the UK and state also Tapwave's official reasons for why they are doing things the way they are.

Thanks for posting this Brian. It's actually refreshingly honest of them to actually pointing out the disadvantages of buying it from an unauthorized reseller or an Ameri-friend. I guess I'll just have to continue waiting patiently for Tapwave to support other countries...
