According to the informational page on Tapwave's site, no, but they indicate that this card will be supported in the future. Who knows when that might be, though. Thanks to the Zodiac's dual slot design, why worry? You're better off spending the price difference between the Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi w/memory on a separate 1GB SD card.

well here is the big question will it work with this?

I asked that question a few weeks ago, and it was hinted by someone who should know that this card would be a bad choice. Things may have changed since then, but I'd wait for confirmation before ordering that card.

its a matter of convenience same as the zod 1/2 difference. that was something we never saw eye to eye on so we are not likely to have consensus here either :-) no big deal though
for me its this.
with that other card I now have 256mb of memory that I otherwise would NOT have. period. with the SDIO slo take with a wifi card I now only have 128mb plus whats in theother slot.
with this I would get an extra 256mb of space think of it this way. I couldput all my net apps on the wifi/sd combo and not take ANY internal or other sd card space for files that are really ONLY useful when the wifi is inserted anyway :-)
it just makes sense to combine the two :-) and its only $40 difference ie basically the same as the cost of the wifi card and a 256mb card. not a bad deal really
what they really need to do is combine a 1 or2 gb card with a wifi card :-) drool drool drool :-)

Whoops!
Well, congrats on a job well done, installer :-)
One question, though: is the rather expensive PalmOne card at the moment really the only card that's (officially) supported?

Well, IMO the WiFi card is too big to leave in there anyway, so you really need to plan to keep it in some protective holder (or sleeve of a Zodiac case) which frees the slot up the rest of the time.
As for the email app...Great that it's free and it's really not bad. I am disappointed that it can't be navigated around via the Zodiac's analog controller and action buttons. I've really gotten spoiled by the Treo 600's D-Pad integration. I'd love to see Tapwave create a ROM update that offers similar functionality. Once this onscreen thumbboard app is released, I'll definitely not want to have to fiddle around with the stylus any more.
