Naa, I didn't miss it, I just didn't make that clear enough in my response (which really was meant to be an elaboration of the "wink").
I think with one not particular noteworthy exception we seem to all agree on the comparison issue.

Could you post a picture with the Zodiac and PSP side by side so we can compare the two? |
You mean, one picture showing both the now shipping 2003 product called Zodiac and the 2004 PSP concept model?
I think you'll have a hard time finding one.
I think we should table the Zodiac vs. PSP comparisons until Sony actually has something real to show.

You mean Zodiac is a real gaming handheld?
I thought the games are still total vapor. (well okay except two of them weee... funfilled ten minutes I am sure) |

Just wanted to let you all know that I banned our anonymous friend (Ska)'s IP address. I've never done this before, so I'll have to wait to see if it worked. For those of you who may be concerned that I'm trigger-happy, don't be. While Ska may have only made a few posts here, he's cluttered up goodthatway (though I haven't banned him there...yet) as well as numerous other Palm-centric web sites. On most sites, he has the decency to actually register (probably because they don't allow anonymous posting), though he frequently changes handles. He's gone by the names Ska, purpleX, and countless others. Despite not owning a Palm OS PDA, he has managed to obtain very high post counts on several Palm OS web sites, which just goes to show you how sad he really is.
I love a good debate, but Ska is in a class all by himself.

| I am moving from a Sony NR70V to the Zodiac, and am quite pleased with the size of the Z. It's about the same length, yes, but MUCH thinner and lighter. The controls are nicely placed and easy to use. And plus you have TWO expansion slots. To pack that nice screen and good battery power into a package that does all that the Zodiac does is no small feat. If size is the most important thing, go get a T3. |

Could some lucky soul with a Z take a look at their charger and find out if it will work with 110 and 220/240 volts?
I am going to use the Z while traveling overseas, and I am a bit concerned that they are selling a separate "international charger". I have adapters galore for the actual wall outlet, but it would suck if the standard charger was 110 volts only.
Also has anyone heard/seen any USB sync/charger combos that let you sync and charge from your laptop?

I forgot all about this. I meant to post this as a front-page story, but what you want is the BoxWave miniSync. Only about $16 through their web site and it's very small. Here's the link:

Very cool! Thanks for the tip, Scott! If I order now, I might actually still get it on time for my next trip (whether I'll have the Z by then is another question, of course).

Kyle Poole from Crimsonfire posted a picture showing the relative sizes of the Zodiac and PSP over on PDArcade. BTW, this is what Kyle had to say about the PSP: "The PSP is kind of big but the graphics are amazing!". See for yourself.........
